We are looking for a
junior-level, tactical team member to join our consulting team as a Change & Communications Specialist. This is a great opportunity for someone who has graduated from college within the past few years and has gained 3-5 years of professional experience—especially in Organizational Change Management (OCM), Internal Communications, or Training. You will play a key role in supporting the execution of change and communication activities that help employees navigate transformations, especially in fast-paced, IT-driven environments. Success in this role requires exceptional data analysis skills and the ability to turn information into actionable insights.
How you will make an impact:
- Deliver with precision: Support execution of change management and communication activities that drive stakeholder readiness, employee engagement, and user adoption
- Support strategy with action: Assist senior team members in developing stakeholder assessments, change impact summaries, and engagement plans—while proactively moving tasks forward
- Work with data confidently: Use Excel to organize and analyze stakeholder or survey data (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUPs); help automate updates for reports and slide decks
- Stay organized and proactive: Manage daily project tasks, help track deadlines and contribute to keeping the work on schedule and aligned
- Assist with deliverables: Help create and format decks, talking points, FAQs, and reports—ensuring content is clear, professional, and aligned to project goals
- Track and measure impact: Help monitor adoption, engagement, and readiness metrics; prepare summary reports and flag key trends
Requirements

- You're data- and tech-savvy: skilled in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, formatting) and PowerPoint (polished visuals, templates), with a strong ability to create organized, professional materials
- You're a strong communicator—clear, concise, and able to adjust tone and messaging for different audiences
- You're a strong multi-tasker, comfortable switching between tasks and projects without losing focus or quality
- You're excited to grow your skills in a fast-moving consulting environment and are eager to contribute to a high-performing team
