Job summary

Five Rivers IT, Inc. is seeking a Change Release Mgr (Technical Release) with 3-5 years of experience to support change creation, coordination, closure, and reporting. This 12-month assignment starts ASAP and is on-site in Miami.

You will facilitate change management process execution, create and manage RFCs for substations, coordinate tools and approvals, and design status reports to track progress and present release status to the project team.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in change/release management.
• Experience with substations and technical releases is a plus.
• Strong communication and reporting skills for status updates.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate change management process execution and automation.
• Create and manage RFCs for enhancements of substations.
• Coordinate approved change management tools for process execution.
• Coordinate change documentation and technical approval for work execution.
• Assess change impact and potential conflicts with technical insight.
• Manage and coordinate all activities to control, track and audit changes in the environment.
• Respond to inquiries regarding change management process and RFCs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to coordinate each change and set expectations.
• Design status reports to track progress and report release status to the project team.
• Complete work aligned with the project team’s service level agreements.

Position Summary

We are seeking a 3-5-year experienced Change Release Mgr. (Technical Release) to assist with requests from change creation, coordination, closure, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate change management process execution and automation
• Create and Manage RFC’s (request of change) for enhancements of Substations
• Coordinate approved change management tools are used for process execution
• Coordinate change documentation technical approval for work execution
• Apply technical experience to help assess change impact and possible conflicts
• Manage and coordinate all activities necessary to control, track and audit changes in the environment.
• Respond to inquiries regarding change management process and RFC’s
• Manage stakeholder expectations and work with them for coordination for each change
• Design status reports to track progress
• Report and present release management status to project team
• Complete work aligned to the project team’s service level agreements
• Collaborate with change and release teams for implementation of change and release process enhancements, tools, metrics and reports
