Job summary

Five Rivers IT Inc. is seeking a Change Release Manager with 3–5 years of experience to support change creation, coordination, closure and reporting. The role is on-site in Miami, FL, with a 12-month duration and ASAP start.

Responsibilities include facilitating change management and automation, creating RFCs, coordinating tools, and producing status reports for the project team. Collaboration with release and change teams is essential to improve processes and metrics.

Qualifications

• Experience with change management processes and release coordination.
• Ability to create RFCs and manage changes end-to-end.
• Strong reporting and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate change management process execution and automation.
• Create and Manage RFCs for enhancements of Substations.
• Coordinate approved change management tools used for process execution.
• Coordinate change documentation and technical approval for work execution.
• Apply technical experience to assess change impact and conflicts.
• Manage and coordinate activities to control, track and audit changes in the environment.
• Respond to inquiries regarding change management process and RFCs.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and coordinate for each change.
• Design status reports to track progress.
• Report and present release management status to project team.
• Complete work aligned to the project team’s SLAs.
• Collaborate with change and release teams for process enhancements, tools, metrics and reports.

• Create and Manage RFC’s (request of change) for enhancements of Substations
• Coordinate approved change management tools are used for process execution
• Coordinate change documentation technical approval for work execution
• Apply technical experience to help assess change impact and possible conflicts
• Manage and coordinate all activities necessary to control, track and audit changes in the environment
• Respond to inquiries regarding change management process and RFC’s
• Manage stakeholder expectations and work with them for coordination for each change
• Design status reports to track progress
• Report and present release management status to project team
• Complete work aligned to the project team’s service level agreements
• Collaborate with change and release teams for implementation of change and release process enhancements, tools, metrics and reports
