Job summary

Guardian Life seeks an Organizational Readiness Program Lead for Group Benefits Underwriting. You will drive change management, coordinate communications, training, and resource development across underwriting initiatives in a hybrid Boston/New York setting.

Collaborate with the Underwriting Transformation team and cross-functional partners, build narratives from data, develop change champions, and ensure readiness and adoption while maintaining accountability for milestones.

Qualifications

• Establish organization readiness for underwriting-wide projects across teams with messaging, training, and IMS documentation.
• Influence change adoption and foster resiliency and growth mindsets.
• Leverage data insights to narrate performance, opportunities and risks.
• Support implementation of values and behaviors to drive culture transformation.
• Create presentations and talking points for underwriting partners.
• Identify best practices and support capability development and maturity.
• Work autonomously to produce high-quality, repeatable results.
• Build long-standing trusted relationships with stakeholders.
• Remove blockers and mitigate risks to maximize productivity.
• Communicate innovations across Underwriting and business stakeholders.
• Hold teams accountable for timelines and deliverables.
