• 7+ years of experience in Change Management.
• Experience supporting ERP or enterprise technology implementations.

• Experience leading organizational transformation initiatives.
• Preferred: Consulting experience.
• Experience with ERP, Supply Chain, WMS, TMS, or Planning solutions.
• Bilingual Spanish and English (preferred).
• Experience working within project or program management environments.

The Role

The Change Manager is a strategic advisor and delivery leader responsible for managing the people side of transformation.
