Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic change management plans to minimize business disruption during IT system implementations.
- Engage stakeholders and manage internal and external communications to support system rollout.
- Conduct organizational readiness assessments and develop resource estimates and statements of work.
- Create and execute comprehensive change management plans, including sponsor and stakeholder engagement strategies.
- Coordinate communication plans to align with project objectives and business priorities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key business and project stakeholders.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives and develop process standards for continuous improvement.
- Manage project-related events to promote awareness and engagement.
Skills
- Proven experience in change management and communication methodologies, with a focus on implementation success.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience in IT systems and business process change management.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in a global environment with diverse cultural and language groups.
- Familiarity with SAP projects and change management artifacts.
- Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
