POSITION SUMMARY

The Radiology Partners IT Team is seeking a driven, high-performing, experienced IT Imaging Services (IIS) Optimization Manager to enhance the efficiency, performance, and scalability of our IT infrastructure, systems, and processes. The candidate will manage and support Radiology Partners solutions, identify areas for optimization, lead projects, and implement best practices to support business growth, reduce costs, and improve system performance. This role is remote, supporting end users of Radiology Partners IT systems, with a need for strong problem-solving skills and customer focus.

Candidate must be located in Western CO, preferably Colorado Springs or Glenwood Springs.

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Align optimization efforts with business and IT goals, collaborating across teams.
  • Identify and resolve inefficiencies in IT systems and workflows.
  • Oversee ServiceNow problem ticket management and system monitoring.
  • Manage projects from planning to execution, ensuring strategic alignment.
  • Support clinical IT systems like PACS, VNA, VR, AI platforms, and troubleshoot VPNs and integrations.
  • Coordinate vendor support, manage downtimes and upgrades, and document issues and resolutions.
  • Promote a culture of innovation and collaboration, providing guidance and training.
  • Up to 25% travel and occasional on-call support.
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Located in Western CO, preferably Colorado Springs or Glenwood Springs.
  • 5-7+ years in IT management, focusing on system performance and process improvement.
  • Bachelor’s in health information systems or related; or equivalent experience.
  • Strong customer focus, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, customer-oriented, adaptable to new technologies.
  • Demonstrates integrity, positivity, and independence or teamwork ability.
COMPENSATION

Salary range: $90K-$110K, plus discretionary bonus. Benefits include health coverage, 401k, family planning, telehealth, and more, subject to eligibility.
