We are seeking a Change Management Specialist to join our Strategy and Transformation team, focusing on our Change Management Office. This role involves planning and executing change initiatives, ensuring stakeholder awareness, preparation, and support.
This is a full-time hybrid position based at our headquarters in Stevens Point, WI, with in-office work on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and remote work on Wednesdays and Fridays.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
3-5 years in change management or supporting organizational change, including applying change management methodologies, communication, and analysis.
