Job summary

Panduit seeks a Change Management Lead to drive enterprise-wide change initiatives and partner with leaders to accelerate adoption. You will assess impacts, craft strategies, and translate complex changes into clear communications across the organization.

In this hybrid role, you’ll collaborate with Business Transformation leaders and executives, leveraging AI tools to enhance planning. 5–7 years of experience is preferred, with a Bachelor’s degree required.

  • Masters degree preferred.
  • 5–7 years of change management experience recommended.

Responsibilities

  • Assess technical, process, system, and organizational changes on people, roles, workflows, readiness, and adoption.
  • Build alignment with stakeholders, manage expectations, and drive commitment to change.
  • Translate changes into audience-focused communications.
  • Collaborate with Training, L&D, project teams, and business stakeholders to identify learning needs.
  • Align change activities with program objectives and execution.
  • Analyze readiness, adoption, and performance metrics to optimize strategies.
  • Coach leaders to address resistance and reinforce adoption.

As a trusted advisor, you'll work closely with Business Transformation leaders, Business Process Owners, and Executive Leadership to turn complex initiatives into clear, actionable plans that accelerate readiness and adoption.
