Job Description

Seeking a Change Management Consultant to develop and implement change management strategies, work with stakeholders to assess impact, and ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Assess impact on stakeholders and address resistance
• Manage change process, develop and execute plans, track progress, mitigate risks
• Develop and deliver training and communication plans for new systems and processes
• Monitor and evaluate change initiatives, collaborate with departments
• Facilitate workshops and training for new team members

Qualifications

• BA in Communications or Business-related field
• 5+ years in change management, healthcare or tech preferred
• Strong understanding of change management principles
• Experience with strategies, stakeholder engagement, and communication
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently
• Comfortable in ambiguous and matrixed environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce or enterprise software implementation
• Healthcare or regulated industry experience
• Change Management certification
