Role Description: GCIB & GM Client Outreach Change Management Role

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training gaps and create content that addresses these needs.
• Facilitate workshops, webinars, and one-on-one training sessions to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
• Serve as Project Manager for Client Onboarding project, this includes facilitating biweekly team meetings, joining demos, project plan management, and generating a weekly status report
• Note: Should be able to effectively manage multiple concurrent/parallel "initiatives (not full-blown projects, but separate efforts/stakeholders with similar structure, deliverables, and objectives)
• Collaborate with clients to evolve PMO into a more structured and mature PMO; this includes facilitating the transition into Team Channels, improving the status reporting process, and more.
• Facilitate SharePoint access requests.
  
  

Required

5+ years experience

• Develop and deliver ad hoc communication and training sessions tailored to the needs of various lines of business within KYC.
• Develop monthly newsletters that summarize the month's activities and give a brief overview of what is upcoming in the next month.
• Develop "Did you know " flashcard communications twice a week (Tuesdays and Thursdays). This flashcard will remind the KYC team of important requirement information.
