Job summary

Global Channel Management is seeking a Change Management Consultant with 5+ years of experience, including 2–3 years in top mgmt. consulting firms. You will lead organizational change initiatives for large companies and coordinate with HR, Controlling, and Marketing leadership, while traveling internationally to roll out implementations.

The role requires strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and marketing experience to foster adoption of new structures across global teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years total work experience as a Change Management Consultant.
• 2–3 years in top tier mgmt. consulting firms (McK, BCG, Bain, Deloitte, Accenture) or Market Bridge.
• Experience on consulting projects for large companies is required.
• Organizational change project management experience is required; marketing experience preferable.
• Foster buy-in of new organizational structure with stakeholders.
• Develop and implement an implementation plan.
• Roll out the implementation and provide support to HR, Controlling and Head of Global Marketing.
• Travel internationally is required.

Qualifications

Change Management Consultant with 5+ years total work experience. MUST have 2-3 years in top 5 mgmt. consulting firms (McK, BCG, Bain, Deloitte,Accenture) or Market Bridge.

• Experience
  working on consulting projects for large companies IS REQUIRED;
  preferably having worked on projects in Industrial space.
• Organizational change project management experience required. Marketing functional experience preferable.
