Job summary

Blue Rose Consulting Group, Inc. in Washington, DC, seeks a Change Management and Training Analyst to support training, knowledge development, and user adoption for a global supply chain system.

You will facilitate system training, develop learning resources, including documentation and interactive tutorials using Adobe Captivate, and help users understand and successfully navigate system capabilities. This role requires an Active Secret clearance and a hybrid schedule with 1–2 days in office

Location: Washington, DC
Work Arrangement: Hybrid; remote with 1–2 days per week in office
