Qualifications
- Hands-on Workday integration development experience.
- Experience with REST and/or SOAP, XML, XSLT.
- Experience with Workday Studio/Orchestrate, EIB or Workday Cloud Connect.
- Delivery of multiple Workday HCM and/or Financials implementations.
- Strong understanding of integration design and data flows between Workday and external systems.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
Responsibilities
- Lead client-facing work streams and project leadership on Workday integrations.
- Perform intensive data-analysis and articulate the 'so-what' for clients.
- Create compelling client-ready presentations.
- Mentor Analysts and Coachees to grow team capabilities.
