Job summary

Sonata Software is seeking a Change Management Analyst to support IT service management activities and the change lifecycle. You will coordinate change processes, prepare meeting materials, and help generate leadership-ready metrics.

Ideal candidates have ITIL awareness and are eager to learn in a dynamic IT environment, with internship or relevant experience in IT service management. The role offers growth within a global technology environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Internship experience in IT service management or related field preferred.
• Basic understanding of IT service management with focus on change management.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic IT environment.
• ITIL certification (or willingness to obtain) is a plus.
• AWS Cloud Practitioner certification is a plus.
• Process Coordination: assist in coordinating change management processes.
• Meeting Administration: support for change management meetings (agendas, minutes).
• Metrics & Reporting: help generate change management metrics for leadership.
• Continuous Improvement: identify opportunities to improve the lifecycle.
• ITIL Practices: learn and apply ITIL best practices daily.
• Operational Flexibility: perform related duties as needed.
• Familiarity with IT systems/tools used in change management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate change management processes including scheduling, documentation, and follow-up.
• Provide admin support for change management meetings (agendas, minutes, action items).
• Assist in generating comprehensive change management reports and metrics for leadership.
• Contribute to ongoing process improvements in the change management lifecycle.
• Learn, develop, and apply foundational ITIL practices in daily tasks.
• Perform other related duties as required by management.
• Familiarity with IT systems/tools used in change management is a plus.
