Qualifications

• Supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in corrugated box manufacturing.
• Experience working in a unionized environment.
• Familiarity with KIWI or similar production systems.
• Knowledge of SQF or BRC standards and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a corrugator operations team focusing on safety, quality and output.
• Foster teamwork, accountability and continuous learning.
• Promote safety by proactive hazard identification and resolution.
• Coach, train, and mentor employees for growth.
• Drive waste reduction and machine center optimization.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to meet quality and delivery.
• Manage scheduling, feedback, and issue resolution for hourly staff.
• Support facility transformation toward operational excellence.
