Job summary

Zurich Cover-More is seeking a Change Lead to drive the people side of a major North American transformation on a contract through 31 December 2028. You will partner with senior leaders, product, operations and technology teams to ensure readiness, adoption and lasting outcomes.

You will shape change strategies, readiness frameworks and communications, balancing regional needs and global processes, while supporting automation and new ways of working in agile, waterfall or hybrid delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an integrated change strategy aligned with the transformation roadmap.

• Lead stakeholder engagement, sponsor alignment, and change champion networks.
• Drive adoption of global processes while balancing regional requirements.
• Prepare teams for changes spanning digital customer experiences, case management, claims, policy servicing, automation, data, and reporting.
• Shape communications, learning, and readiness activities to support implementation.
• Partner with leaders to define future ways of working and identify capability gaps.
• Assess readiness for major releases and provide go-live recommendations.
• Measure adoption, gather feedback, and implement actions to embed sustainable change.
• Support automation, AI, and process transformation by helping teams adapt to new roles and workflows.

About the opportunity:

At Zurich Cover-More, we're on an ambitious transformation journey – we’re launching Project Sirius, a major program designed to modernize our technology, processes, customer experiences, and ways of working across our business. We're seeking an experienced Change Lead to drive the people side of this transformation across North America. In this role, you'll partner with business leaders, product teams, operations, technology teams, and global stakeholders to ensure our people, partners, and processes are ready to successfully adopt new capabilities and deliver lasting business outcomes. This is a contract role until 31 December 2028.

Please note this role can be remote, however candidates must be located in the Central or Eastern Time Zone of the USA.

What you’ll be doing:

• Develop and execute an integrated change strategy aligned with the global transformation roadmap.

• Measure adoption, gather feedback, and implement actions that embed sustainable change.
• Support the introduction of automation, AI, and process transformation initiatives by helping teams adapt to new roles, skills, controls, and workflows.

What skills and experience you’ll bring on this journey:

• A strong track record leading organizational change for large-scale technology or business transformation programs.
• Experience developing change strategies, impact assessments, stakeholder plans, communications, training, and readiness frameworks.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, including experience partnering with senior leaders.
• Experience operating across complex, multi-stakeholder environments with global and regional teams.
• The ability to simplify complex change into practical, engaging, and actionable messages.
• Experience measuring adoption, organizational readiness, and business outcomes.
• Knowledge of structured change methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR or equivalent.
• Experience working within agile, waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
• A relevant degree or equivalent professional experience.

The compensation indicated represents a nationwide market range and has not been adjusted for geographic differentials pertaining to the location where the position may be filled. The proposed salary range for this position is $102,560 - $153,840.
