Job summary

Zurich is seeking a seasoned Change Lead to drive people-focused change for a large-scale transformation across North America. The role supports global programs, partners with senior leaders, and ensures readiness of teams, processes, and systems.

This contract position runs through 31 December 2028 and can be remote for candidates in the Central or Eastern Time Zone of the USA. You’ll influence stakeholders, shape communications, and help teams adapt to new capabilities, including automation

Qualifications

• Lead organizational change for large-scale technology or business transformations.
• Develop change strategies, impact assessments, stakeholder plans, and readiness frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management and senior leader partnership.
• Experience working with global and regional teams in complex environments.
• Ability to simplify complex change into practical messages.
• Experience measuring adoption and business outcomes.
• Knowledge of Prosci ADKAR or equivalent.
• Experience in agile, waterfall, or hybrid delivery.
• A relevant degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess impacts across people, processes, systems, customer journeys, and partner interactions.
• Lead stakeholder engagement activities, sponsor alignment, and change champion networks.
• Drive adoption of shared global processes while balancing regional business requirements.
• Prepare teams for significant changes spanning digital customer experiences, case management, claims, policy servicing, automation, data, and reporting.
• Shape communications, learning, and readiness activities to support successful implementation.
• Partner with business leaders to define future ways of working and identify capability gaps.
• Assess readiness for major releases and provide recommendations for go-live decisions.
• Measure adoption, gather feedback, and implement actions that embed sustainable change.
• Support the introduction of automation, AI, and process transformation initiatives by helping teams adapt to new roles, skills, controls, and workflows.

About the opportunity:

At Zurich Cover-More, we're on an ambitious transformation journey – we’re launching Project Sirius, a major program designed to modernize our technology, processes, customer experiences, and ways of working across our business. We're seeking an experienced Change Lead to drive the people side of this transformation across North America. In this role, you'll partner with business leaders, product teams, operations, technology teams, and global stakeholders to ensure our people, partners, and processes are ready to successfully adopt new capabilities and deliver lasting business outcomes. What you’ll be doing:

• A strong track record leading organizational change for large-scale technology or business transformation programs.
• Experience developing change strategies, impact assessments, stakeholder plans, communications, training, and readiness frameworks.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, including experience partnering with senior leaders.
• Experience operating across complex, multi-stakeholder environments with global and regional teams.
• The ability to simplify complex change into practical, engaging, and actionable messages.
• Experience measuring adoption, organizational readiness, and business outcomes.
• Knowledge of structured change methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR or equivalent.
• Experience working within agile, waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
• A relevant degree or equivalent professional experience.

The compensation indicated represents a nationwide market range and has not been adjusted for geographic differentials pertaining to the location where the position may be filled. The proposed salary range for this position is $102,560 - $153,840.
