Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, MIS, CIS, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in a technical role with engineering or infrastructure teams.
• Strong data analytics, reporting, and dashboard development skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Own and run daily BAU change governance operations with minimal oversight.
• Validate changes in AWS, file-level, and database-level governance processes.
• Build and maintain ServiceNow reports and dashboards; monitor KPIs.
• Identify trends and risks from operational data; translate into actions.
• Drive automation opportunities using Power Automate, AI tools, and other tooling.
• Support continuous improvement of governance documents and processes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and represent the Change Governance team.
