Job summary

Bechtel Corporation in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Change Control Manager to lead governance of project change management throughout the lifecycle on the Fab 62/Intel program. You will partner with Project Controls, Engineering, Contracts, and Risk teams to ensure changes are evaluated, approved, documented, and incorporated into baselines.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 10–17 years of experience in EPC/EPCM environments, with hands-on expertise in Primavera P6, EcoSys, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree and 10–13 years of relevant experience or 14–17 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, coaching, and training skills to influence stakeholders.
• Experience with Bechtel Project Controls processes, baselines, forecasting, and change management.
• Experience with project controls/digital execution tools like Primavera P6, EcoSys, Power BI, SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and governance of project change management processes and tools.
• Ensure scope, cost, schedule, risk, and contractual changes are controlled and approved.
• Oversee trend and change registers and monitor status through closure.
• Facilitate Change Review Boards and management approval processes.
• Coordinate impact assessments with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Contracts, Cost, Schedule, and Risk.
• Ensure changes are incorporated into baselines, forecasts, and project controls.
• Develop change management metrics, trend analyses, and status reporting.
• Mentor and supervise Change Control personnel and provide training.
