Job summary

Xcelerate Solutions is seeking a Change and Configuration Management Engineer to support DHRA cyber and information management. The role requires Active Secret clearance and locations in Alexandria, VA and Seaside, CA.

Qualifications

Xcelerate Solutions is seeking a Change and Configuration Management Engineer to support CyberPRIMES cybersecurity, privacy, records and information management, and related enterprise support for DHRA, including DMDC and OUSD(P&R). Location: Alexandria, VA and Seaside, CA

Responsibilities

• Develop and recommend enterprise-level change-management and configuration-management directives and guidance.
• Assess system-owner compliance with DHRA cybersecurity program requirements and applicable DoD policies.
• Review change and configuration activities for security impact, consistency, completeness, and alignment with approved baselines.
• Socialize findings, track implementation and corrective actions, and elevate noncompliance to the Government.
• Develop visualizations and recurring compliance reporting and identify opportunities to streamline and automate review processes.
• Analyze the effect of proposed changes, prepare required change documentation, coordinate change reporting, and verify adherence to configuration-management procedures and policies.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be U.S. Citizen
• A Secret clearance is required when the assigned duties require classified information or SIPRNet access.
