Job summary

Responsibilities include supporting financial-reporting compliance, risk management, audits, and IT controls; developing remediation plans and roadmaps; coordinating with stakeholders on requirements and training.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 4+ years of relevant experience required.
• U.S. Citizenship required; Secret clearance needed.

• Recognize and analyze financial-reporting and compliance risks and support mitigation strategies for DHRA ICOFR systems.
• Analyze IT controls, findings, vulnerabilities, and deviations from applicable FISCAM, NIST, AICPA, FFMIA, and other requirements.
• Gather, organize, review, and present policies, procedures, logs, test results, and other evidence demonstrating control effectiveness.
• Develop actionable audit analyses, corrective-action and remediation plans, compliance roadmaps, and recommendations; track actions to completion.
• Serve as an interface with stakeholders to analyze process and control needs, document requirements and findings, and coordinate procedures, training, and communications.

Xcelerate Solutions is seeking a PRIM Auditor to support CyberPRIMES cybersecurity, privacy, records and information management, and related enterprise support for DHRA, including DMDC and OUSD(P&R). Clearance: Active Secret

Location: Alexandria, VA and Seaside, CA

Responsibilities

• Support financial-reporting compliance, enterprise risk management and internal controls, service-provider audit activities, and IT audits.

Minimum Qualifications

• Business Analyst I requires a BA/BS in Business, Computer Science, or a related field and a minimum of four years of experience.
• Business Analyst II requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline and ten years of experience.
• Must be U.S. Citizen
• A Secret clearance is required when the assigned duties require classified information or SIPRNet access.
  
  

Compensation Range:

• The anticipated salary range the Employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is $78,000 to $105,000 annually.
