Responsibilities
- Assess and document proposed configuration changes
- Provide timely and high-quality configuration services for product teams
- Ensure configuration management methods meet customer requirements
- Identify, document, and implement system and process improvements
- Establish product and process metrics for performance improvement
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Familiar with technical aerospace design and robust business processes
- Active TS/SCI Clearance
- Must be able to work onsite in Renton, WA
- 4+ years in aerospace change management or similar industry
- Familiarity with configuration management toolsets
- Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion
- BA/BS in a related discipline

Base Pay Range for WA applicants is $121,023.00 - $169,432.20. Other site ranges may differ.
