Davidson Hospitality Group is hiring a Busser at Cape Rey Carlsbad Beach, A Hilton Resort & Spa, to support our service team in delivering memorable dining experiences. You will help set up and clean tables, assist servers, and ensure guests are comfortable and well-attended.

This role requires energy, strong teamwork, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with flexible weekend and holiday shifts.

Qualifications

• Must provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced dining setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Able to work quickly in a busy dining environment while maintaining standards.
• Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness are essential.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and stay energized.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist servers in setting up tables and maintaining a clean dining area.
• Clear tables promptly and efficiently to ensure guest comfort.
• Refill water glasses, bread baskets, and dining essentials as needed.
• Communicate effectively with the service team to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in carrying food trays and delivering dishes to tables.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and provide exceptional service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including floors.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a positive dining experience.

Salary Range

USD $16.90 - USD $16.90 /Hr.
