Cape Rey Carlsbad Beach, A Hilton Resort & Spa invites energetic individuals to join our dining team as Bussers. You will support servers, maintain a pristine dining area, and ensure guests enjoy a seamless, welcoming experience against the backdrop of a beachfront resort.

Ideal candidates bring strong customer service, clear communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting. Weekend and holiday shifts are expected as part of our hospitality schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist servers in setting up tables and maintaining a clean dining area.
• Clear tables promptly and efficiently, ensuring guests have a comfortable and tidy environment.
• Refill water glasses, bread baskets, and other dining essentials as needed.
• Communicate effectively with the service team to ensure smooth flow of operations.
• Assist in carrying food trays and delivering dishes to appropriate tables.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including sweeping and mopping floors.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a positive and memorable dining experience for guests.
