Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Holdings is seeking a Mortgage Wire Desk Analyst II to support the Treasury department with daily operations, including processing funds, signatory management, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and policy compliance.

The role requires 3–6 years in corporate treasury, a finance-related degree, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with KYC and payment systems; proximity to the Chandler, AZ office is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics and/or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Three to six (3-6) years of corporate treasury experience in a medium to large company, corporate banking experience, or bank operations experience.
• Experience with the Know Your Customer (KYC) Due Diligence process and requirements.
• Knowledge of rules and regulations that govern payment and transfer systems; wire transfers, check processing, and EFT/ACH.
• Experience with GTreasury, Sagent, Oracle Financials.
• Strong Excel skills including pivot tables and v-lookups.
• Prefer proximity to Chandler, AZ office.

Responsibilities

• Process, review, and release funds with high accuracy and policy compliance.
• Manage bank signatory changes and account maintenance tasks.
• Resolve positive pay exceptions, stop/void requests, and authorize bank actions.
• Review and maintain treasury reports daily, monthly, and quarterly.
• Monitor user access to banking systems and enforce security standards.
• Process unclaimed property reports in line with state requirements.
• Escalate issues and propose procedural improvements to streamline workflows.
• Coordinate with external service providers and financial institutions for research requests.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
