Carrington Mortgage Holdings in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Treasury Desk Analyst II to support daily treasury operations, including processing funds, balance reporting and bank account administration. The role emphasizes accuracy, policy compliance, and participation in cash management initiatives across Carrington and its affiliates.

You will manage bank signatories, handle unclaimed property reporting, generate treasury reports, and maintain security standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field.
• 3–6 years corporate treasury experience in a medium to large company.
• Experience with KYC due diligence processes.
• Knowledge of payment networks, wire transfers, checks and EFT/ACH transfers.

Responsibilities

• Process, review and release funds with high accuracy per policy.
• Maintain bank signatory changes and account maintenance logs.
• Resolve positive pay exceptions, stop/void requests and approvals.
• Produce and maintain treasury operation reports on a daily/monthly basis.
• Manage user access to banking systems and ensure compliance and security.
• Process annual unclaimed property reports for Carrington entities.
• Escalate issues and suggest process improvements.
• Liaise with external providers and financial institutions for research requests.
