Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Holdings seeks a Mortgage Wire Desk Analyst II to support the Treasury department with daily processing, balance reporting, bank account administration, and signatory management.

The role emphasizes accurate payments, policy compliance, and participation in bank-service improvements, system reconciliations, and research with external banks. The position is based in Chandler, AZ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics and/or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 3–6 years of treasury experience in a medium to large company or bank operations.
• KYC due diligence experience.
• Knowledge of payment and transfer systems; wire transfers, checks, EFT/ACH.
• Experience with GTreasury, Sagent, Oracle Financials.
• Strong Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
• Prefer candidate near Chandler, AZ.

Responsibilities

• Process, review, and release funds with high accuracy.
• Manage bank signatory changes and account maintenance tasks.
• Handle positive pay, stop/void requests, and approvals as needed.
• Produce and maintain treasury operation reports.
• Audit user access to banking systems and ensure compliance.
• Process unclaimed property reports for Carrington entities.
• Escalate issues and suggest process improvements.
• Coordinate with external service providers and banks for research requests.
• Perform other duties and special projects.
