Four Seasons Surf Club is seeking a Champagne Bar Server to deliver memorable guest experiences in a luxury resort setting. You will provide expertly served beverages and dining experiences while anticipating guest needs and guiding them through the menu.

This role reports to the Bar Manager, is full-time, on-site, and requires valid US work authorization. Training opportunities and employee discounts accompany a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualificações

• Experience in luxury resort or hotel is an asset.

About the role:

The Champagne Bar Server providesexceptional quality and service to Champagne Barguests. In this role, you will be tasked with providing an expertly served beverage or dining experience; anticipating the guests’ needs and as an expert on the menu options; and delivering memorable guest experiences. This role is part of the Food & Beverage team, reporting into the Bar Manager.

What you will do:

• Provide an enjoyable dining experience through excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness.
• Anticipate guest needs a d satisfaction; offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
• Assist in clearing and resetting tables according to service standards

What you bring:

• An outgoing personality and a can-do approach to an assigned task
• High level of understanding and knowledge of food and wine
• Background in Luxury Resort and Hotel considered an asset

Schedule & Hours:
