Job summary

The U.S. Chamber of Commerce is seeking a highly organized Program Manager to oversee grants to state and local chambers and related projects that support advocacy efforts.

This role will also support strategic expansion through strong stakeholder partnerships. You will build and maintain grant lifecycles, develop funding narratives, monitor performance, and ensure compliance while aligning with Chamber priorities across divisions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of grants to state and local chambers, ensuring compliance with requirements and alignment with priorities.
• Monitor grant performance metrics and provide updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain grant tracking systems and documentation for transparency and accountability.
• Conduct grant reviews and assessments to evaluate impact and improvements.
• Identify opportunities to support state and local chamber initiatives in partnership with divisions.
• Coordinate with leadership on drafting proposals for additional funding to expand advocacy efforts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with grant recipients and provide technical assistance as needed.
• Facilitate communication between grantees, internal teams, and funders to align goals.
• Ensure grant activities align with broader advocacy and policy objectives.
