Qualifications

• Significant progressively responsible leadership experience in strategy, budgets, or operations.

• Excellent written and verbal communication and public speaking.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and management of Chamber operations, programs, personnel, and resources.
• Develop and implement annual organizational priorities, goals, work plans, and performance measures aligned with Board-approved strategic direction.
• Recruit, supervise, develop, evaluate, and retain professional staff.
• Foster a positive, accountable, collaborative, and service-oriented organizational culture.
• Ensure appropriate administrative, human-resource, technology, financial, and operational systems are maintained.
• Identify opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness, member value, and long-term sustainability.
