Job summary

Executive Jet Management is seeking a Challenger 605 Captain based in Boca Raton, FL. The PIC will ensure safe, compliant, and efficient aircraft operations for a two-pilot account supported by a Maintenance Technician under Part 135.

Qualifications

• CRM (Crew Resource Management) experience is desired

Responsibilities

• Ensure crewing and trip assignments comply with company and regulatory requirements.
• Complete flight planning, performance and weight & balance for each assignment.
• Lead required briefings using CRM & TEM to mitigate risks.
• Maintain SOP compliance and coordinate with company personnel.
• Perform pre-flight tasks including maintenance status checks to ensure mission readiness.
• Provide exceptional service to owners and passengers and meet special needs.
