Qualifications

• ICAO Annex compliance and CANPASS authorization expectations.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills required.
• Flexible schedule with night/weekend availability due to 24/7 operation.

Responsibilities

• Review maintenance status and ensure airworthiness of the aircraft.
• Conduct thorough pre-flight inspections per Aircraft Flight Manual.
• Complete trip paperwork and coordinate with crew and operations.
• Ensure flight operations comply with Silver Air policies and FAA regulations.
• Provide exceptional service to passengers and uphold safety standards.
• Adapt to dynamic travel schedules and frequent priority changes.
