Job summary

Executive Jet Management seeks qualified pilots for a Challenger 605 aircraft based at Boca Raton, FL. The PIC holds final responsibility for safe and compliant operations, with a two-pilot account supported by a maintenance technician flying Part 135.

The role requires 4–6 years of corporate aviation experience, significant flight time, and FAA type ratings. A strong emphasis on safety, service, and collaboration is central to this position.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in corporate/business aviation preferred.
• Total flight time around 3500 hours or more as listed in job requirements.
• Pilot in Command time around 2000 hours.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe operation of flight and compliance with SOPs and regulations.
• Complete flight planning, performance calculations and weight & balance for each mission.
• Lead briefings using CRM and TEM to manage risk and communicate with crew.
• Coordinate with maintenance, dispatch and ground staff to ensure readiness.
• Deliver exceptional service to owners and passengers while addressing special needs.
