The successful candidate will hold an ATP (restricted or unrestricted) and a current FAA First Class Medical, with 4,500+ hours and jet PIC experience, and must be able to pass stringent background checks.

Qualifications

• 4500 hours total time.
• ATP license (unrestricted or restricted) and FAA First Class Medical.
• Challenger 605 PIC and super/midsize jet experience.
• International/global flight experience.
• Based in or willing to relocate to the San Diego area.
• Clean professional history; pass PRIA/FAA/NATA background checks.
• Able to pass drug and alcohol screenings.
• Team-oriented with strong safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Captain (PIC) of a Challenger 605 for charter and aircraft management missions.
• Plan and execute safe, efficient domestic and international flights per SOPs and FAA regulations.
• Lead flight operations with a service-first mindset delivering a premium client experience on every leg.
• Collaborate with dispatch, maintenance, and cabin/flight crew for readiness and mission success.
• Maintain impeccable flight records, currency, and compliance standards reflective of a safety-centric culture.
• Represent Schubach Aviation with professionalism and polished customer-relations skills.
