Key Responsibilities
- Serve as Captain (PIC) of a Challenger 605 for charter and aircraft management missions.
- Plan and execute safe, efficient domestic and international flights in accordance with company SOPs, FAA regulations, and industry best practices.
- Lead flight operations with a service-first mindset, delivering a premium client experience on every leg.
- Collaborate closely with dispatch, maintenance, and cabin/flight crew to ensure aircraft readiness and mission success.
- Maintain impeccable flight records, currency, and compliance standards reflective of a safety-centric culture.
- Represent Schubach Aviation with professionalism, strong communication, and polished customer-relations skills.
Requirements
- Experience: Super Midsize or Midsize jet time, including jet PIC experience.
- Minimum flight time: 4,500 hours total time.
- Certificates & Medical: ATP (unrestricted or restricted) and current FAA First Class Medical.
- International experience: Proven competence operating on global routes.
- Location: Based in, or willing to relocate to, the San Diego area.
- Record: Professional history with no violations or accidents; able to pass PRIA/FAA/NATA background checks.
- Screenings: Ability to pass drug and alcohol screening.
- Soft skills: Team-oriented, safety-focused, with excellent communication and customer-relations skills.
