Advanced Air LLC in Hawthorne, CA seeks a Challenger 300 Lead Pilot to command a two-pilot account under Part 135. You will act as PIC, lead the flight team, coordinate owner flights, and ensure aircraft readiness, maintenance coordination, and crew training.

The role requires extensive experience, FAR knowledge, and a commitment to safety. If you hold ATP, Challenger 300 PIC rating, and 3,000+ hours, this is a prime opportunity in a dynamic western US operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• ATP certificate required.
• 3,000 hours total time and 1,000 PIC turbine.
• Challenger 300 PIC Type Rating.
• CFI/CFII/MEI certificates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Challenger 300 PIC and manage a two-crew account.
• Coordinate owner flights, aircraft maintenance, and crew training.
• Ensure airworthiness, compliance with FAR Part 91/61/AIM, and safety standards.
• Oversee in-flight and ground duties to support readiness.
• Maintain flight and duty records and control aircraft expenses.
