Advanced Air, Hawthorne, CA, seeks a Challenger 300 Lead Pilot (Home Based/ Western U.S.) to command as PIC and lead a 2-pilot team under Part 135. You will manage owner flights, maintenance coordination, and crew training, while ensuring readiness, safety, and regulatory compliance.

The role requires ATP, CFI/CFII/MEI, and significant turbine PIC hours, with strong attention to operational excellence and client service. Excellent compensation and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• CFI/CFII/MEI certificates are preferred for this role.
• ATP rating and PIC Turbine experience are highly valued.
• Total flight time around 3,000 hours with Part 135 exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead Pilot duties as PIC and supervise a 2-pilot crew.
• Coordinate owner flights, maintenance, and crew training.
• Ensure airworthiness, compliance with FAR Part 135 and procedures.
