Sonrava Dental is seeking a friendly Dental Assistant in Concord, CA. You will support clinicians with chair-side procedures, manage radiographs, and help deliver outstanding patient experiences daily.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current radiography certification required.
• Dental Assistant certification as required by state, or ability to become certified.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Nitrous Oxide/Oxygen Analgesia certification preferred.
• Maintain annual OSHA and HIPAA training.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service with chair-side manner; patient first.
• Be present, engaged and ready to work at all assigned shifts.
• Take direction from the doctor/hygienist and assist with procedures.
• Take, develop and mount accurate radiographs.
• Review patient charts, log health data, and transcribe notes.
• Clean, sterilize and prepare equipment and operatory per guidelines.
• Maintain schedule and patient flow with efficient procedures.
• Educate patients and address questions/concerns.
• Demonstrate teamwork to deliver an extraordinary patient experience.
• Partner with doctors, hygienists, and staff to ensure service quality.
• Assist front office with scheduling follow-ups and track lab cases.
• Monitor supplies and order using approved formulary.
• Promote Sonrava services and retail products.
• Complete checklists and participate in daily huddles.
• Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA.
• Follow OSHA and BBP safety policies and procedures.
• Complete Learning Management System requirements.
