Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in public health, health administration, healthcare management, epidemiology, health policy, health services research, or related discipline.
• Record of scholarly achievement appropriate for appointment as Associate Professor or Professor.
• Experience leading CEPH-accredited public health and/or CAHME accredited health administration programs.
• Experience with accreditation, assessment, and continuous quality improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership for the Department of Public Health and Health Administration.
• Lead the continued integration and development of the department within TCOM.
• Develop and implement strategic goals aligned with TCOM and UNTH priorities.
• Manage departmental operations, budgets, personnel, and resources.
• Foster scholarly activity, research collaboration, and community engagement.
