Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to improve student success and career readiness.
• Lead curriculum review and alignment across undergraduate/graduate programs.
• Recruit, mentor, and evaluate faculty while fostering shared governance.
• Develop external partnerships to enhance learning and workforce development.
