Job summary

Parking Concepts, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Shuttle Driver to provide friendly airport shuttle service from the Chattanooga area. This role requires Saturday and Sunday shifts (12:00 PM – 8:00 PM) with potential additional weekday shifts based on needs.

The driver will inspect the shuttle, assist with baggage, and ensure safe, courteous transport on the assigned route. Responsibilities include operating the wheelchair lift when needed, greeting customers professionally, and adhering to traffic

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
• Be a team player with integrity and flexibility.
• Clean driving record and willingness to cover shifts as needed.
• 1 year of experience preferred; valid license or CDL as required.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and pass background screening.

Responsibilities

• Inspect shuttle at shift start using the checklist.
• Follow the route and make all stops on the assigned path.
• Operate wheelchair lift when needed and assist with baggage.
• Greet customers professionally and ensure safety and courtesy.
• Adhere to traffic laws and company policies; no off-premises pickups.
• Maintain professional appearance and uniform compliance.

Part-Time Shuttle DriverPay Rate: $18/hourSchedule:Saturday & Sunday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PMAdditional weekday shuttle shifts may become available based on operational needsMust be flexible and willing to cover additional shuttle shifts when neededOverviewThe Shuttle Driver is responsible for providing a friendly, courteous and prompt service to customers desiring transportation to and from the Airport and the parking lots.Key ResponsibilitiesAt the beginning of the shift, inspect the assigned shuttle according to the shuttle check list. Check for damage, all equipment working, fuel, cleanliness, fluids, general safety, etc.Follow the assigned route and make each and every stop at the appropriate location.Operate wheelchair lift when needed.Follow all radio usage procedures.Greet each customer in a friendly and professional manner.Assist customers with their baggage.Operate shuttle in a manner that complies with all applicable traffic laws.Refrain from initiating and engaging in conversations with passengers that may be interpreted as demeaning, confrontational, or abusive in nature.Do no perform any passenger pickups or drop offs outside of the airport property or that is not on the assigned route.Drivers will limit their interaction with customers off the premises of the Airport to common courtesies.Maintain a professional appearance.
