Job summary

The Fountain Group is seeking a Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of a Cell & Gene Therapy (CGT) development program and the associated Structured Data Capture (SDC) program, ensuring successful delivery across business, process, data, and technology workstreams.

You will oversee project planning, governance, stakeholder engagement, communications, training coordination, and change management activities to support adoption of new digital capabilities and standardized data

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of relevant work experience is required.
• Experience with setting up governance for Change Management.
• Background in Science would be very helpful.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of a CGT development program and SD Capture program across business, process, data and technology workstreams.
• Manage project planning, governance, stakeholder engagement, communications, training coordination and change management.
• Partner with business stakeholders, IT, and data teams to drive execution, manage risks, coordinate deployment activities and ensure adoption.
