The Fountain Group is seeking a Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of a Cell & Gene Therapy (CGT) development program and the associated Structured Data Capture (SDC) program, ensuring successful delivery across business, process, data, and technology workstreams.

You will oversee project planning, governance, stakeholder engagement, communications, training coordination, and change management activities to support adoption of new digital capabilities and standardized data

Formación

• 2-5+ years of relevant work experience is required.
• Experience with setting up governance for Change Management.
• Background in Science would be very helpful.
• PMP certification is a plus.

• 12+ month contract,with potential extension based on performance and budget

Description

The Project Manager will lead the end-to-end implementation of a Cell & Gene Therapy (CGT) development program as well as the associated Structured Data Capture (SDC) program, ensuring successful delivery across business, process, data, and technology workstreams. This role is responsible for project planning, governance, stakeholder engagement, communications, training coordination, and change management activities to support adoption of new digital capabilities and standardized data capture processes.

The Project Manager will partner closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, IT, and data teams to drive execution, manage risks, coordinate deployment activities, and ensure sustained organizational adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• PMP is a plus.
• Experience within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or highly regulated industries preferred.
• 2-5+ years of relevant work experience is required.
• Experience with setting up governance for Change Management.
• Background in Science would be very helpful.
• Strong communication skills.
• Prior Stakeholder Management skills.
• Experience with AI is a plus.
