Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a pharmaceutical or manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 3 years of training and development experience.
• In-depth knowledge of cGMP and FDA regulatory training requirements.
• Proven instructional design experience and adult learning theory knowledge.
• Experience with LMS, training records management, and change management systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage training programs including onboarding and certifications.
• Collaborate with leaders to identify training needs and update materials.
• Deliver sessions across classroom, virtual, and hands-on formats using edtech.
• Administer LMS and training dashboards, track completions and certifications.
• Audit training plans and records for regulatory compliance.
• Conduct facility tours and deliver engaging presentations for new hires and visitors.
