Job summary

Marks, part of the Propelis Group, is seeking a Producer to join our Content Studio team in North America. This hybrid or remote role collaborates with Creatives, CGI Artists, Photographers, Retouchers and Filmmakers to own production and post-production across multiple brands.

You will lead budgets, schedules, vendor negotiations, and resource planning while guiding teams through fast-paced projects. This is a growth role with opportunities to advance as our Content Studio expands, all within a

Qualifications

• Experience in a CGI-led studio environment, ideally within a brand or packaging agency.
• Experience in pre/post-production & shooting of video content.
• Experience leaning in and working with clients directly.
• Ability to craft and review SOWs with experience in identifying project risks.
• Ability to quickly draft indicative project budgets in advance of concept approval.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to direct a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in project management tools such as Shotgrid, Jira, Trello.
• Ability to lead production teams and establish best practices.

Responsibilities

• Budget, estimate, schedule, and manage production across several concurrent brands and projects.
• Manage all aspects of day-to-day production in a CGI-led studio environment.
• Proactively communicate with clients and client service teams around production and delivery.
• Identify and clearly communicate project resource requirements in a timely manner.
• Work with Resource Managers and Producers in other global studios to solve capacity challenges.
• Forecast, request, book, and onboard freelance resources when necessary.
• Negotiate costs with external providers within budgets and expectations.
• Manage project documentation including estimates, POs, NDAs, MSAs, etc.
• Manage multiple third-party supplier relationships.
