Job summary

Marks, part of thePropelisGroup, is seeking a Producer for the Content Studio in North America. Hybrid or remote in North America. Lead CGI-led production and post-production processes, collaborating with creatives, CG artists, photographers, retouchers and filmmakers.

You will own budgets, schedules and resource planning, ensuring smooth delivery across concurrent brands and projects with a strong client-facing role and team leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in a CGI-led studio environment.
• Experience in pre/post-production & shooting video content is a plus.
• Experience working with clients directly.
• Ability to draft and review SOWs and identify project risks.
• Ability to draft indicative budgets ahead of concept approval.
• Strong leadership to guide teams and maintain morale in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficient in project management tools such as ShotGrid, Jira, Trello.

Responsibilities

• Budget, estimate, schedule and manage production across multiple brands and projects.
• Manage day-to-day production in a CGI-led studio environment.
• Communicate with clients and internal teams on production and delivery.
• Identify and communicate resource requirements clearly and timely.
• Coordinate with global studios to solve capacity challenges.
• Forecast, book and onboard freelance resources when needed.
• Negotiate costs with external providers within budgets.
• Maintain project documentation including estimates, PO's, NDA's, MSA's.
• Manage relationships with multiple third-party suppliers.

We are currently seeking a Producer to join our Content Studio team in North America. We are happy for this to be either a hybrid role or remote from anywherein North America.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an individual with solid experience in a CGI-led agency environment to step up into a new role. This will include working closely with Creatives, CGI Artists, Photographers,Retouchers& Film Makers to take ownership of all aspects of production & post-production processes. Along with the opportunity to develop your producer skills, this role offers great opportunities for career progression as the Content Studio expands and evolves.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Budget, estimate, schedule, and manage production across several concurrent brands and projects
• Manage all aspects of day-to-day production in a CGI-led studio environment
• Proactively communicate and manage expectation with clients and client service teams around all aspects of production and project delivery
• Identifyand clearly communicate project resource requirements in a consistent,accurateandtimelymanner
• Work with Resource Managers and Producers in other global studio locations to proactively solve capacity challenges
• Forecast, request, book, and on-board freelance resource, when necessary
• Negotiate costings with external providers, ensuring their costs align to budgets and expectation
• Manage all aspects of project documentation management, including estimates, PO’s, NDA’s, MSA’s etc.
• Manage multiple third-party supplier relationships

SKILLS & ABILITIES

• Experience gained within a CGI-led studio environment, ideally within a brand or packaging-centric agency
• Experience of pre/post-production & shooting of video content would be highlyadvantageous
• Experience leaning in and working with clients directly
• The ability to craft and review SOWs with experience in accuratelyidentifyingproject risks
• Ability to quickly and effectively draft indicative project budgets in advance of concept approval
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to direct a team while promoting a positive morale in a fast-paced, delivery-driven environment
• Proficiencyin project management tools such asShotgrid, Jira, Trello etc
• A point of view on the tools required by teams to ensure consistency in best practice for production management – what to use when, and why
• Ability to manage, coach and lead teams of production artists and direct reports
• Ability to outline and develop best practices and processes – a leader, not a follower
• 4-6 ofyears of experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $65,000 USD - $75,000 USD annually. Ultimately, in determining pay, we will consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
