Job summary

CareGivers America in Lake Ariel, PA is hiring compassionate RNs and LPNs to provide one-on-one pediatric nursing care in the home and community.

You will work Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM with no weekends, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for growth across Wayne County.

New graduates are welcome; CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain is required; active state license is essential to provide pediatric care in home settings.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in the state of practice.
• Comfort with providing total pediatric in-home care (ADL, feeding, mobility).
• Willingness to work in Wayne County, PA.
• Pediatric experience preferred, but not required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 skilled nursing care to children in-home.
• Monitor health, safety, and overall condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Support seizure monitoring and response.
• Assist with mobility, positioning, feeding, daily care.

CareGivers America is hiring compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide one-on-one pediatric care in the home and community.

Work directly with children who may have autism, seizure disorders, developmental delays, feeding tubes, or other complex medical needs—providing skilled nursing care, support, and comfort that makes a meaningful difference for children and their families.

Job Requirements:

• Active RN or LPN license in the state of practice
• Care Needs: Seeking a nurse comfortable providing total care, including ADL assistance, feeding support, mobility assistance, incontinence care, and G-tube management.
• Willingness to work in Wayne County
• Pediatric experience preferred, but not required
• New graduates welcome
• Current CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain
• Comfortable caring for children with developmental and complex medical needs
• Reliable, compassionate, patient, and attentive
• Able to provide hands‑on care, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, positioning, and assisting with mobility or transfers

What You’ll Do:

• Provide 1:1 skilled nursing care to children in a safe, in-home setting
• Monitor the child's health, safety, and overall condition
• Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered
• Provide seizure monitoring and response, with training available as needed
• Assist with mobility, positioning, feeding, and other daily care needs
• Monitor and assist with feeding tubes and other medical equipment as applicable
• Complete accurate clinical documentation, progress notes, and required care records
• Communicate changes in condition, concerns, and updates with parents, caregivers, and the care team
• Follow individualized care plans and physician orders
• Provide comfort, reassurance, and age-appropriate engagement throughout the shift
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for the child
