Job summary

CareGivers America in Lehigh, Carbon County and Northampton is hiring RN and LPN nurses to deliver 1:1 pediatric in-home care. You’ll support children with autism, seizures, developmental delays, feeding tubes and other complex needs in their homes and communities.

Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring health, assisting with mobility, documenting care, and collaborating with families. We offer flexible shifts, benefits, PTO, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in the state of practice.
• Pediatric experience preferred, but not required.
• CPR/BLS certification is required or willingness to obtain.
• Comfortable in delivering in-home pediatric nursing care.

• Provide 1:1 skilled nursing care to children in a safe, in-home setting.
• Monitor child health, safety, and overall condition.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered.
• Provide seizure monitoring and response as needed.
• Assist with mobility, positioning, feeding, and daily care needs.
• Monitor feeding tubes and related equipment as applicable.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation and care records.
• Communicate changes with parents and care team.
• Follow individualized care plans and physician orders.
• Provide comfort and age-appropriate engagement during shifts.

CareGivers America is hiring compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide one-on-one pediatric care in the home and community.

Work directly with children who may have autism, seizure disorders, developmental delays, feeding tubes, or other complex medical needs—providing skilled nursing care, support, and comfort that makes a meaningful difference for children and their families.

Job Requirements:

• Active RN or LPN license in the state of practice
• Willingness to work in Bethlehem, Leighton, Palmerton, North Hampton
• Pediatric experience preferred, but not required
• New graduates welcome
• Current CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain
• Comfortable caring for children with developmental and complex medical needs
• Reliable, compassionate, patient, and attentive
• Able to provide hands‑on care, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, positioning, and assisting with mobility or transfers
• Ability to safely operate and monitor medical equipment as required
