Leaps & Bounds Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (CF) to join a growing pediatric therapy team. You will provide 1:1 family-centered speech-language services, assess patients, and develop functional treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and other therapists.

The position emphasizes pediatric care, collaboration across disciplines, and opportunities for professional growth within a supportive private practice environment in Norco/Corona.

Qualifications

• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license.
• Pediatric experience is a plus.
• Clear Livescan required.
• TB test required.
• CPR Healthcare Provider Card required.
• Availability through 7pm on weekdays.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver family-centered speech-language pathology services.
• Assess and interpret evaluations; plan treatment with physicians or prescriptions.
• Support goal achievement and functional communication.
• Document care in records in compliance with laws.
• Maintain confidentiality and clinic safety.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team for comprehensive care.
• Contribute to IEP planning within educational context.
